update cdrom van philips HDRW720/00

Hallo Allemaal,

 

Ik heb een vraag ik heb van iemand de laatste software voor de HDRW720/00 gekregen en deze moet ik op een cd branden. Maar ik weet niet welke gegevens de cd moet hebben zoals iso9660 en andere regels. Heeft iemand zo'n unit weleens geupdate ? Zo ja kan ik de cd er gewoon inzetten en begint hij te updaten ?

The previously issued service release 6.3 contained some problems

for HDRW software branches.

Therefore this release CF3.0 has been created.

 

New upgrade software has been released for Hard disc DVD+RW platforms.

Name: CF3.0

 

Improvments:

Time-shift buffer:

In this state user sees live tuner contents or contents of the time-shift bar. The OSD presents contents of TSB in a graphical form. TSB has configurable duration of 1 to 6 hours. Rightmost position of the bar is live position. Time on the left of the bar indicates the oldest possible contents in TSB. Time under the bar is a current position, where user looks at. Yellow list box contains an overview of the programs, which were recorded in the TSB. Programs are currently identified by channel changes. For user convenience, he/she has to stay on the new channel for more then 1 minute before channel change becomes a program in TSB. User can jump to a particular program using prev/next keys or up/down arrows when chapter/title toggle is set to titles. All deck keys (play/pause/continue/forward/backward etc.) are operational. System inserts chapter markers into TSB every 5 minutes absolute time. User can jump to those with prev/next buttons when chapter/title toggle is set to chapters.

Camera recording:

In this state user can make recordings from front externals. Switching between front externals is done using Camera button.

HDD TOC:

Gives an overview of the titles stored on the Hard Disc

HDD title editing:

Title editing state consists of two parts: title info editing and video editing. In the first one user can edit static title information: title name. In the video editing part user can hide/show parts of the video, insert chapter markers or select a new keyframe.

HDD playback: Playback of the titles including trickmodes

DVD(+R(W)):Playback including trickmodes

Archiving of titles from HDD to DVD+R(W).

EPG SW upgrade to version 1.26 (Europe/APAC/UK)

 

Solved problems:

More fast playback speeds for HDD.

Wrong text on local display when quitting EPG.

No reaction after RECORD press in EPG.

Insert Titles in Quotation marks.

sometimes ""1ê"" is displayed for channel information.

Wrong warning when full disk and CAM mode is exited.

 

Europe: Timer not recorded.

Autodelete when entering CAM.

set is freezed when changing recordmode.

Local Display shows clock with leading ""0"".

Wrong start and endtime in More Info OSD for programmed timer recording.

When jumping (FWD/BACK) during 4x playback of HDD title, part of tuned channel is visible.

Timer does not start when some title is deleted from full HDD.

Support double-layer reading capability for BE's with 41.50.xx firmware

Europe:

VPS-Record starts with wrong preset.

Sat recevier not recognized.

Timers of Mixed Timer-Nighttest not recorded and set not in STAND BY.

NAFTA:

Video Shift in Progressive Scan does not work.

Manually stored time is not stored in the EPG and no Timer recording.

HDD Browser in PAL format after exiting CAM mode with PAL signal.

The hours field in the clock info message is not correct

TSB navigation wrong behaviour.

Standalone Timer in Nighttest not recorded.

Jump backward is not correct.

Preference Audio not working.

Local Display shows frozen clock.

Wrong Warning in Progressive mode.

 

REMARKS:

Burn the unzipped file on a CDROM disc.

ja oke die info had ik ook al, maar wat voor type moet de cdrom precies zijn en heeft iemand het weleens gedaan ?

de update op een cd-r branden (data)en dan in de speler doen.
