Volgens telesatellite start Télésat begin december 2008 alleszins met de RTBF en RTL-zenders, alsook de groep zenders van France Télévision en een aantal Franstalige zenders.

Er zou worden uitgezonden vanop twee satellietlokaties, naar ik vermoed naast Astra 1 ook nog Astra 3.

Op de Atlantic Bird op 8°W is op de frequentie 12.748 Ghz Horizontaal een ongecodeerd pakket radiozenders veschenen (Radio Contact,Mint,Bel RTl,RFC) radio's dus uit het franstalige gedeelte van Belgie.Zou dit een eerste teken van leven van het Waalse Télésat Numérique kunnen zijn

Die zitten daar al een hele tijd, dacht ik. En dat is de bron voor de FM-zenders.

Klopt,maar zaten Bel RTL en RFC daar vroeger ook al.

die zaten daar niet maar ze zijn van dezelfde stal,en is een optie voor de radio zenders om dit signaal door te geven en voor de kabel en dsl aanbieders in belgie.

Van het waalse pakket zal er op Astra 3 niets tezien zijn. Het wallse pakket zou van start gaan op Hotbird. De zender RTBF sat is daar reeds actief en zal per 23 november verdwijnen op Astra 1.

Oké, dus ze gaan naar Hotbird? En komen daar dan FTA-radiozenders op die nu ook op Atlantic Bird zitten?

Ik denk dat het allemaal pure speculatie is. We zullen gewoon nog wat geduld moeten hebben.

Het zal op Astra 19.2 en 23.5 zijn en zonder RTBFsat maar wel met RTBF La Une en La Deux.

Bij de radios Classic21 zeker niet vergeten, gewoon de beste.

The new capacity will be used to broadcast the five Belgian French-language channels in the new TéléSAT, pay-TV platform, comprising RTBF La Une and La Deux, RTL-TVi, Club RTL and PLUG TV.


In addition to capacity at the HOT BIRD™ neighbourhood, the contract covers provision of contribution links, multiplexing and uplinking of the five TéléSAT channels from Eutelsat’s Rambouillet teleport in France. The service is scheduled to launch in December. Direct-to-home satellite reception will be available throughout Belgium with MPEG 4 decoders (MPEG 2 compatible) using Nagravision’s Mediaguard 3 encryption system.


On signing the contract Kurt Pauwels, CEO of TéléSAT said: “We are delighted to collaborate with a satellite operator of Eutelsat’s stature for the TéléSAT platform. The dynamic and competence of Eutelsat in Europe and beyond are well tested and guarantee us impeccable quality of service and room to grow. Beyond television and radio Eutelsat is constantly developing new technologies and services which will ultimately enable us to propose our subscribers Internet access solutions and multiple interactive services. The French-language market in Belgium is well on course to play its role in a fully digital environment.”

Ik zal hier dan maar gans het persbericht posten. De waalse zenders komen dus idd op 13E te staan. Vraag is waar de andere op komen aangezien Airfield media wel had aangekondigd via 2 posities te werken.

5 west miss,zoals het bis pakket nu uitzend,de mensen kunnen dan een telesat kaart kopen en bis en hebben zo een groot pakket aan franse zenders.
