Ik ben nu op de Philips site <at your service >aan het zoeken naar mijn LCD de 37pf9830 die springt wel eens spontaan op stand by.Nu had ik het volgende gevonden:

 

 

 

TV is rebooting (suddenly shutting down and starting up).

 

 

 

 

Cure

 

Upgrade the Stand-by software via ComPair to version 2.7.1.12 (or later). This SW can be found in the One-ZIP file under the long name "ceissppnxjagCFG15_2_7Al_LoPo_UNI200_........hex".

The SW version can be read from the file name. It is indicated by "2_7Al" where "A" means "1" and "l" means "12" (= alphabet position). So in this case "2_7Al" must be read as "2.7.1.12".

 

REMARKS:

- The SW version can be checked in the CSM or SAM menu.

- The latest software file can be found on the website under "Servicer network information" -> "Software/firmware upgrades". Software files can only be found on CTN (model number) level, not on chassis level! You can use the "Product<>Chassis relation" link to find the CTNs belonging to a chassis.

 

 

 

Maar ik kan die Zip file 2.7.1.12 niet vinden ook niet bij dat Excel seget.

 

Kan iemand me aub vertellen hoe ik tot dat Zip file komt dan lukt de rest me wel?
